A piece of Wisbertan from local cattle that is marinated in salt and spices and hang-dried for nine days. Huisbraten is a round, smooth back cut. It is considered a very dry cut with little fat. Served thinly sliced cold in sandwiches or on a charcuterie board. Our sausages are made from local and premium cuts of meat that are carefully produced using traditional techniques that give an excellent taste and texture that cannot be found in mass-produced sausages.
